Key Responsibilities

- Identify target audiences and plan and execute marketing contents and ad campaigns for different social media

- Develop creative content and work with other members to illustrate articles and develop visual content

- Ensure smooth execution of all social media campaigns and suggest and execute newer ways to enhance Sheraspace’s presence on social media

- Develop KPIs for social media campaigns and monitor costs and performance of ads

- Identify and implement strategies to improve website SEO rankings and website performance

- Stay informed on the relevant industry and paid media platform trends and best practices

- Develop Influencer campaigns for social media and perform in PR activities

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field from a reputable university

- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing organisation and uphold the company culture in all work activities and communication 

- Creativity, imagination and an agile mindset

- Good understanding of numbers 

-  Understanding of SEO and SEM

- Competency in Canva, MS Office, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and associated tools
